This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:
CodeCrafters, Inc. ("Employer")

1. POSITION AND DUTIES: Game Developer/Tester. Duties include designing, testing, and fixing bugs.
2. WORKING HOURS: 1 hour per day.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY: Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All work belongs to CodeCrafters, Inc.
5. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate with written notice.
6. NON-COMPETE CLAUSE: No competing businesses for 1 day after termination.
7. GOVERNING LAW: Kentucky law applies.
